I am happily married with three sons and reside in Vernon, BC. I have had the good fortune of having a traditional upbringing from my great-grandparents, which has shown me great gratitude for our cultural ways. I have over 30 years of Sobriety and have worked in various positions, mainly within First Nations communities and organizations. It has been a long-term interest of mine to assist Aboriginal People towards holistic wellness to improve their life and lifestyles. As an Intergenerational survivor of the Indian Residential School system through my grandmother and mother, I have witnessed first-hand the effects of trauma on communities, families, and individuals. Our Culture is our Medicine, which I live in my life and want to help others use in their wellness journey. 

I look forward to working with First Nations in my position and to being of assistance in the work Survivors and families need to do.
