IRSSS September Webinar Series

Hybrid & Virtual Workshops September 10 - 26, 2024

Learn about the effects of colonialism as well as the ongoing challenges faced by survivors and their descendants in this special series of informational workshops.

Hosted by the Indian Residential School Survivors Society (IRSSS), this event will discuss the topic of intergenerational trauma as experienced by First Nations, Inuit, and Métis communities, all of whom continue to bear the scars of assimilation policies.

The workshop will also feature a compelling testimonial from a survivor, offering an intimate perspective on the lived realities of those affected, and showcasing the resiliency of Indigenous populations.
